Note: Customized or altered items, sale or clearance products, and undergarments are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons or production specifics.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories are excluded from our return policy:

  • Customized orders, including stitched or altered garments.
  • Intimate apparel like lingerie or petticoats.
  • Products purchased during special promotions or flash sales.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
  • Bulk purchases where the return policy has been specifically mentioned as “No Returns” at the time of order.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Approval and Instructions

Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with the tags, invoice, and any accessories included. Send the package to the address provided using a reliable courier service.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product), DT Brands will bear the return shipping charges.
  • For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size), the customer must bear the return shipping cost.

Step 4: Inspection and Confirmation

Once we receive the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to verify eligibility. You will receive a confirmation regarding the status of your return within 3-5 business days of the product’s receipt.


4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

  • When the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If the return is approved after inspection and meets all conditions mentioned in this policy.
  • For orders canceled within the cancellation window (before dispatch).

As an alternative, customers may opt for store credit, which can be redeemed on future purchases. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

5. Exchange Policy

You can exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchanges are applicable only if the return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Follow the same process as returns to initiate an exchange request. Mention the size or color you wish to exchange for in your request. Once approved, the exchanged item will be dispatched within 5-7 business days, depending on availability.

5.3 Exchange Shipping Charges

  • The first exchange is free of cost.
  • For subsequent exchanges, customers are responsible for both return and re-shipping charges.

6. Cancellations

6.1 Order Cancellations by Customers

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. To cancel an order:
